I'm reading abut sensa reviews now and made me realize how I failed on the second phase of my high protein low carb diet :( I only have my self to blame of course, I wanted to point finger about the many activities I had in the past weeks but I know there's no sense in doing that. The good news though is there is still no loads of carb in my plate compared to my carb intake before.
That's how our dinner table looks like when I was still on phase 1 ..No rice at all!! and I still want congratulate my self for lasting two weeks without rice. Tonight I'll try that again :)
