I feel like I'm gaining weight again..

I think I'm getting back some of the weight I lost these past few months..ugh..bad news. Probably because I re-introduced carbohydrates again in my diet and though I am doing it in moderation (like once a day) I don't know why I feel like I'm gaining weight again although I have yet to set a date with the weighing scale to confirm the weight gain.

Losing and maintaining weight makes me crazy at times :) But I am still not resorting to any weight loss pills like I did before and anyone who would want to do such should  read about the side effects of adipotrol or any diet pills for that matter and of course should consult their physician.

Anyways, I guess I really have to give up the rice completely and some of the carbohydrates except for my source of fiber and hopefully I'll not gain weight anymore.


  1. You are so young to be giving up foods that you love. I'm just saying. I fight with my weight all the time too, but at my age it's the way it is.

  2. As long as you're healthy, rocks. Just eat in moderation. Avoid eating out a lot, at home you can cook a more healthy and yummy meals. God bless.
