Dinner

My dinner plate has been like this for at least a month now..
A piece of meat
Greens
And some fruit
and a yogurt :)

sometimes just greens and meat...


Less carbohydrates, more protein :)

  1. Yes those carbs aren't good for you. They do put on the pounds. It's hard to eat a low carb meal though. You really get sick of them after a bit.
