Saving loose change

Do you save your loose change? or your one/five/ten peso coin?

My husband does which I initially started late last year. I have 3 cans for each coin (1/5/10) but most of the time when I ran out of smaller bills for my tranpo going to office (one trycicle ride =P20.00) I get from those cans.

When my husband took in charge of those cans, am not allowed to withdraw any amount from them anymore :(  because the husband is saving them for a greater purpose.Yup...for his gig bag. You know those big black bag for guitars that musicians carry on their back. That's greater purpose than me using it for my transpo :D

That's fine with me. I'll have my own jar of coins to again and I will have more precious coins this time from goldeneaglecoin.com (so hubby, eat your heart out! hehe) But you know I am just kidding. Of course I will also have the same one, five and ten peso coin he is saving.

And my purpose...my own keyboard! :)

Wish me luck!

  1. We save ours too. It's amazing how quickly it adds up if you continue to put the change away. Way to go for getting what you want.

    Have a fabulous day. :)
