1&1 billing rant

The people from (special mention to billing section) are giving me headache.

Last May, I received an email informing me that one of my domain is due for renewal and then the following month June, they charged my paypal account for payment of the renewal (did not receive any invoice for it but nevertheless, I was charged)

Then last month JULY, they canceled one of my domain for reasons I do not know, without even informing me. So for days my site was down, when I contacted them, they told me that they can not do anything about it and that the only option is to transfer it to my other domain package which I did. Fortunately, the transfer was good and my site was up and running again after waiting for few days.

And now, August, they sent me invoice, billing me for two domains..I immediately replied and told them I should be paying for one domain only but nada..they did nothing and pushed trough with the billing.

Good thing I have not enough balance in my paypal account and I am not leaving any cents at all at my paypal because I do not want to pay them double.

I've been emailing them (because phone call is more expensive than the amount of domain I should pay) but to no avail.

Sigh.. I wish I bought my domains from someone else. Google is a lot easier.


  1. yung akin ay dinidisregard ko nlng. lalo na kung nakapagbayad na ako. di na naman nila puputulin agad yan... titingnan pa din nila kung may laman na yung account mo sa paypal. ganyan din sa akin.
