Talk about losing weight

It’s funny how me and my friend talks about weight loss pills over a sumptuous dinner or a over sinful sweet treats that well, full of fats and carbohydrates that goes right into the belly and the waist.

It is even funnier to think how we discuss about exercise, jogging or walking and motivation (like watching the biggest loser) and yet we failed to do such. But in fairness, years ago, we both enrolled ourselves in a nearby gym that was months before her wedding, she lost some weight, me..nah..zero,

A few months ago, we also started doing aerobics at home, she got a DVD but we also stopped after a week or so,

We love to eat which we can not deny with our body weight. I just hope we can develop the love to work out also.
