I think I'm on my heaviest now. I didn't even bother to weigh my self.
I just know.
And I know I've been blogging about my weight problem for ages now (sorry, you might skip this post now if you're sick of me ranting about my weight)I just can't help it. Somehow writing about it give me the boost and encouragement to stop over eating and do something about it. The problem though is maintaining and keeping whatever I started doing.

Years ago, I enrolled my self in a nearby gym, lasted for two months. Months ago I tried south beach again, lasted for 2 weeks.

Recently, my husband and I embarked into an evening work out but again it lasted for weeks only. Now that we've stop, the weights are all coming back with vengeance :)

I don't dream of wearing sexy cheerleader outfit nor any sexy dress at all. I just want to be healthier :(

Cheer me on please and tell me I can still do it!!!

A blogger friend lost some weight with ketogenic die, have you heard about this? Should I try it?

  1. Diet is a lifestyle. Forever do you stick to eating healthy. It's the choices you make. Lean is the very best way to go. Lots of veggies, salad with low-fat dressings. Meat should be lean. Chicken breast not the thighs and legs. Cod and salmon. Lean meats.

Eat less and exercise more. It's tough to do, but it's one day at a time and you can never stop. When you do the weight returns and then some.

    Have a terrific day. :)

  2. pssst. nakakatakot magtry-try.
