I'm trying to change my sleeping pattern because we are waking up early now. Last night, I was in bed at 12 midnight and tonight I'll go straight to bed after this post and it's only 11:30 PM. It still maybe late for others but for me who is used to sleeping so late it's a good change. And who would need the best acne product if you are getting enough sleep and rest? I know lack of sleep brings out all the zit and acne (good thing it's not in my case).
