If only losing weight is as easy as that, I would have taken all the pills and all the teas available. But we all know that to lose weight means to change your lifestyle. Sigh.
It was very frustrating, last night our family had a night swimming to celebrate my niece’s birthday and gosh I don’t even want to look at our pictures because I was (I hate it) the biggest in the family. Waaahhhh!!
Now, I had to do something seriously about my weight.
