My childhood bestfriend
We came home to province last weekend to celebrate my mother's 75th birthday, it was a breather for me, to be able to eat the food that I miss, spent time with the family and see old friends. And speaking of old friends, my childhood best friend who is our neighbor still lives there. You can call us friends since birth and we have loads of happy memories as kids and teen agers.
This kind of friendship lasts forever even if we are miles apart. She is a friend whom I can always come home to.

Not anymore. I had two that were close for many years. I've not seen or heard from either of them in years. I'm happy you still have a childhood friend.
