Biggest Loser: Pinoy Edition

I've been watching the show since it opened here last week. And sans the additional heavy drama (well, Filipinos love that) I surely would have liked it better.

I do watch the show because first, I am also on the heavy side although my weight is not as heavy as those of the contestants, second, I get inspired to move. I learn some exercises that I can do even at home. Their trainers are good, probably one of the best here. Chinggay Andrada looks so healthy! I assume they are not just graduate of personal trainer certification programs but is equipped with vast knowledge and experience as a trainer.

I can't wait to see the results of the very first Pinoy Edition of this show. I want to know how much weight they lost in four months and will the change be forever?

Meanwhile, I'll keep watching and hoping that I'll get inspired and do the same way. Lose weight and aim for healthier life!

  1. Losing then keeping the weight off is a full time job. You will monitor it forever. Tough stuff.
