I still want to lose weight and I know now is the time to start. And since I cannot do heavy exercise (aerobics and running are not allowed too) I'm looking for a light way to burn those unwanted fats. I might consider fat burner supplements but I have to consult an OB first.
I really really need to lose weight for all the right reason, I get tired easily now a days and maybe it's because I overweight.
Walking would be the best form of exercise for me, the only problem I see is the time. Should I do it early in the morning or late at night when I do not have anymore agendas to handle.
